Vivek Saxeena is an integral coach who works with his clients towards cultivating greater self-knowing and the courage to be able to live from a place of authenticity. He helps clients connect to their reservoir of generosity despite how life shows up. Vivek specialises in coaching senior executives and business leaders on working with multiple perspectives for successful execution in global markets.
Vivek is a member of faculty of the Professional Coaching Course of New Ventures West. He is an adjunct faculty for intercultural competence for the Georgetown / Esade executive MBA programme.
Prior to coaching Vivek was engaged in business development. He has a nuanced understanding of the business world through his experience with software sales in San Francisco Bay Area and later as a product manager of outsourced services in India. He has consulted for multinational companies to enhance their organisational capacity to be open, inclusive and creative in working with differences. He has worked on developing leadership excellence with various clients including Tesco, Microsoft and Wipro.
Vivek has PCC-level credentialing with ICF (International Coaching Federation). He has an engineering degree and an MBA. He lives in Bangalore and has a family of friends. He enjoys going on weeklong treks in the Himalayas to be nourished by the beauty and silence. In yoga and poetry he finds the connection to the wisdom and beauty of life.
