Stefan brings deep experience built over 15 years of leading change and innovation in BP & Accenture, in working across cultures, languages, functions, organisations and partnerships, building relationships and facilitating interactions that enable improved performance delivery. He has supported organisations particularly in the areas of improving accountability, collaboration, as well as safety, innovation and sustainability.
His combination of leadership development and operational delivery experience enables Stefan to support clients in the application of new insights and providing the conditions for transformative learning.
Above all, Stefan is deeply committed to doing his work from a position of integrity and trust, always striving to offer a holistic and creative view of problems and paradigms, whilst balancing this with a focus on business outcomes.
Stefan holds an MBA from Insead, a Bsc in Chemistry and a Bsc in Maths. He is a qualified integral coach (ICF) and works fluently in either English, French or Spanish.
